We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Pune and Kalyan. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the NBFC industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Originate loan proposals, including both secured and unsecured loans.
  • Evaluate proposals according to company credit policy.
  • Log positive proposals in the system and engage with relevant authorities and departments for case approvals.
  • Collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Client teams for smooth case closure.
  • Provide regular customer service and address future needs.
  • Assist risk and credit teams in portfolio risk management.
  • Manage channel partners and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
  • Good communication and client management skills.
  • Experience in handling secured and unsecured loans.
  • Ability to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Strong understanding of business loans, LAP, and other related products.
  • Familiarity with sales management principles and practices.
  • A graduate degree is required.
