Job Title: Asst. Manager / Manager – Finance

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional to support our financial operations with a strong focus on fund raising, financial compliance, and fund management. The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in managing banking relationships, working capital, term loans, and financial reporting, preferably within the manufacturing, trading, or jewellery sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to support funding needs.
  • Oversee working capital management, including fund flow planning and cash flow forecasting.
  • Handle documentation, compliance, and renewals for various credit facilities such as term loans, cash credit (CC), and overdrafts (OD).
  • Manage daily banking operations, including fund transfers, payments, and foreign exchange transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely availability of funds for operational and strategic needs.
  • Reconcile bank accounts regularly and maintain accurate banking MIS and financial reports.
  • Contribute to budgeting, financial planning, and treasury activities.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and other applicable financial regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • MBA (Finance), CA (Finalist), or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in banking and finance, preferably in the jewellery, retail, or manufacturing industries.
  • Solid understanding of banking products, working capital finance, term lending, and treasury operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and online banking platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
