Asst Manager - Indirect Buying

Location: Mumbai A.O, MUMBAI-KND-FD, IN

• Procurement of Cutting Tool & Tooling (Gauges & Fixtures) as per customer requirement for Production & CME Projects team. [Procurement to Pay Cycle] with optimum Cost, Quality & Delivery
• Understanding scope of work from various user department for procurement of Machine related services.
• Support Maintenance Teams for operational effectiveness of equipment thru spares procurement & external Services like Calibrations, Repairs & Retrofitting.
• Right Source Selection, Negotiation, Price Finalization, Annual Rate Contracts (ARC)- Implementation / Renewal.
• Ensuring process adherence in purchasing.
• Utilization of Latest Trends in Procurement Practices
• Coordinate with Production, Process Engineer, Maintenance, Stores, Inspection, Accounts & Suppliers.
• Effective Implementation of Cost Savings & Synergy Initiatives
• Involvement in Digital Initiatives
