Responsibilities

• Participate in technical discussions, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving activities.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze IT infrastructure requirements.
• Assist in designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure solutions.
• Support servers, networks, cloud platforms, storage, operating systems, and other infrastructure components.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents, performance issues, and technical problems.
• Follow established IT service management, security, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and infrastructure-related reports.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of infrastructure services.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud, networking, automation, virtualization, and infrastructure technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, infrastructure optimization, automation, and process enhancement initiatives.
