Job summary

Synechron in Pune, India is seeking an experienced technology leader to drive software development for Vision PLUS CMS modules and related subsystems, including posting changes and card processing workflows.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, evaluate new technologies, and guide roadmaps while delivering production support and enhancements in an agile environment within the financial services domain.

Job Description:

• 4+ years of experience in software development in Vision plus CMS module including Posting changes.
• Experience in other subsystems like FAS, TRAMS, CTA, MBS, ASM are preferred .
• Experience in developing and delivering in Agile methodology is essential.
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Handle enhancements, defect fixes, and production support for card processing systems
• credit/debit card lifecycle, transaction processing, and reconciliation
