We are tasked with offering transaction and advisory services along with expert guidance to both domestic and foreign organizations in distressed situations across virtually every industry and every situation.
We are seeking an Associate Vice President to work with clients to advise them on how they can simplify their group structures. This role will be based in India and will collaborate closely with global teams in UK and Europe region.
You will be involved throughout all stages of the simplification lifecycle, working as part of a team to advise clients on how to dispose of and reorganise corporate entities, realise assets, resolve outstanding issues such as the settlement of creditor claims and assist in the distribution of the surplus assets to shareholders.
You will broaden your knowledge as part of a fast-growing global team that has strong relationships and networks across different industry groups and jurisdictions.
You will develop an impressive range of advisory and technical implementation skills, gaining exposure to company legislation and accounting principles.
