Job summary

Merkle, a brand of dentsu, seeks an experienced banking/BFSI professional for Mumbai mobile/digital banking transformations. You will drive large-scale initiatives, deliver agile practices, and own documentation with a focus on payments and lending.

Collaborate with business, design and tech teams; manage priorities in fast sprints and present to senior stakeholders. Jira, Confluence and Figma experience is a plus. Full-time on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Strong Banking/BFSI domain experience.
• Hands-on mobile or digital banking project background.
• Good understanding of payments and/or lending.
• Proven skills in requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities in fast-paced sprints.
• Ownership, attention to detail, and clarity in documentation.
• Ability to work closely with business, product, design, and technology teams, and to present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience on large-scale mobile banking transformation or revamp projects, hands on experience in Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
