Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, provisions, and other month-end adjustments.
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities within defined timelines.
• Review Trial Balance and perform General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Manage Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and adjustment entries.
• Oversee Accounts Payable processes, vendor reconciliations, and payment batch execution.
• Perform VAT, GST/HST, Sales Tax, and other tax-related reconciliations.
• Ensure timely completion of all close activities as per SLA and compliance requirements.
• Support financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Provide support for internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and documentation.
• Liaise with auditors, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
