Job summary

Revantage, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Associate with 6+ years of software testing experience. You will ensure high-quality software solutions through test planning, case creation, execution, and defect management within an Agile environment.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Analysts to understand requirements, identify risks, and contribute to successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience in test case design, defect management, and test reporting.
• Hands-on with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
• Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps for test management.
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or Swagger is desirable.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks and tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify test scenarios and risks.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to clarify requirements.
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and data for various testing levels.
• Validate functionality against requirements and expected outcomes.
