Qualifications

  • MBA with 3+ years of experience in a related field or equivalent.
  • Experience in Commodity/FMCG is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage bank account opening and maintenance with global banking partners.
  • Oversee KYC refreshes, regulatory documentation, and entitlement reviews.
  • Maintain and govern global bank account inventory with up-to-date signatories and ownership details.
  • Support cash concentration and sweeping structures, including ZBA and notional pooling.
  • Conduct e-banking user access audits and ensure proper segregation of duties.
  • Liaise with banks to establish MT940/MT942 reporting and timely statement delivery.
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and IT to integrate reporting with ERP systems.
  • Support SWIFT, H2H, API banking and treasury connectivity projects.
  • Validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot bank statement files and cash data.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, KYC and audit standards.

Role Purpose Statement

Role ATL Treasury will be to steamline KYC and Bank Admin process and to make sure all critical assigned task and done by fulfilling 2 major KPI i.e. Timeline and Quality

Main Accountabilities
  • Manage and coordinate bank account opening, maintenance, KYC refresh, and regulatory documentation with global banking partners
  • Administer and maintain user access across multiple banking portals, including user creation, modification, entitlement reviews, approval matrix management, token administration, and periodic access recertification
  • Maintain and govern the organizations global bank account inventory/database, ensuring all account information, signatories, ownership details, account purpose, and banking documentation remain accurate and up to date.
  • Support the setup, testing, and maintenance of cash concentration and sweeping structures, including Intra and Inter bank sweeps, Zero balance accounts (ZBA), target balancing, and notional pooling structure
  • Perform regular e-banking user access audits across all banking portals to verify user appropriateness, access levels, approval authorities, token assignments, and segregation of duties
  • Liaise with banks to establish and maintain MT940 and MT942 reporting services, ensuring timely and accurate account statement delivery.
  • Work closely with Treasury, Finance, and IT teams to integrate bank reporting and payment connectivity with ERP systems.
  • Support bank connectivity projects involving SWIFT, host-to-host (H2H), API banking, and treasury management solutions.
  • Perform validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting of bank statement files and cash reporting data
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, KYC requirements, banking regulations, and audit standards.

  • Strong knowledge SAP environment.
Education & Experience
  • 1. Desired Education qualification – Master in Business Administration with 3+ years of experience in relvant field or equivalent
  • 2. Experience of Commodity/FMCG will be an added advantage
  • 3. Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • 4. Experience working in a similar Shared Services Centre setup a distinct advantage
