Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the consumer lending landscape and industry trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and teams.
