What you will do We are seeking a motivated Associate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable software applications under the guidance of senior engineers. You will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, with a strong focus on developing responsive, user-friendly web interfaces. You will collaborate with product, business, data, design, and engineering partners to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions while building your full-stack and cloud engineering expertise.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or another STEM field, with 2-5 years of relevant software development experience; a Master’s degree is a plus. Hands‑on experience through professional work, internships, academic projects, or personal projects in full-stack software development. Demonstrated capability in UI development using JavaScript or TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS, NPM, and responsive web-design principles. Knowledge of user‑interface development practices, including component‑based design, cross‑browser compatibility, accessibility, and usability. Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Understanding of RESTful APIs, API integration, and basic data‑pipeline concepts. Familiarity with cloud services and cloud‑native design principles in AWS, Azure, or similar platforms. Basic understanding of microservices, containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes. Understanding of software development lifecycle practices, version control tools such as Git, and Agile delivery methods. Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and elevate complex technical challenges appropriately.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated build and deployment tools. Familiarity with software design patterns, data structures, test‑driven development, and secure coding practices. Experience with UI testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar tools. Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or cloud‑native monitoring services. Experience or interest in developing data, analytics, AI, or generative‑AI‑enabled applications. Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, authentication and authorization concepts, and API security. AWS Certified Developer, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent cloud certification. SAFe Agile certification or familiarity with Agile frameworks.
Master’s degree in OR Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM majors with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of Information Systems experience. AWS Developer certification (preferred) Any SAFe Agile certification (preferred)
