Joveo, Bengaluru-based in-office role, is seeking an Associate in Social & Search Operations to execute paid campaigns across Meta and Google for enterprise clients. You will own day-to-day campaign execution, QA, reporting inputs, and tracking implementation.

You will work in a pod with an AM, focusing on execution quality, with a defined path to account management as you grow. 1–4 years of hands-on experience required.

About the Role

• As an Associate in our Social & Search Operations team, you are the engine of your pod. You own the day-to-day execution of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels for enterprise clients who use Joveo's platform to hire at scale.
• You work within a pod structure - one Account Manager and one or more Associates. Your AM owns the client relationship. You own everything that keeps the campaigns running: setup, optimisation, pacing, QA, change requests, and the data that goes into reports. When something breaks, you catch it before the client does.
• This role has no client-facing responsibility on day one. You focus on execution quality and ops discipline. As you grow, there is a defined path to AM.

What You Will Do

• Build, QA, and launch paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) for multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Monitor daily campaign health: budget pacing, CTR, conversion rates, disapprovals, delivery anomalies - and flag or resolve issues without waiting to be asked
• Manage weekly optimisation tasks: search term analysis, negative keyword management, bid strategy reviews, audience adjustments, ad copy testing
• Execute change requests from clients (via AM): budget changes, geo edits, creative swaps, URL changes, new campaign builds - accurately and on time
• Pull performance data and structure report inputs for your AM's client reporting cycle
• Implement and verify tracking: Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, conversion events, UTM parameters
• Maintain organised account structures and naming conventions across all client accounts
• Flag proactively: if you see budget about to exhaust, a campaign underdelivering, creative fatigue, or a platform policy issue - you surface it immediately

What You Will Own

• The operational health of all campaigns within your pod - if a campaign is broken, it's your first call of the morning
• Execution accuracy on all change requests - zero errors on budget changes, URL swaps, or targeting edits
• Your AM has everything they need for client calls - clean data, accurate numbers, no surprises
• Your own learning - platform certifications, staying current on algorithm changes, knowing what a QS drop means before being asked

What You Bring

• 1-4 years of hands-on paid campaign management experience - you have personally built and optimised campaigns, not just observed them
• Genuine proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads - you know what a disapproval looks like, how smart bidding works, and how to read a search terms report
• Analytical instinct - you can look at a week-on-week performance table and identify what changed and why
• Attention to detail that is almost obsessive - budget errors, wrong URLs, and broken tracking are not acceptable
• Comfort with pace - you can manage 5+ active campaigns across 3 different clients without dropping the ball
• GA4 and basic tracking setup experience - pixel implementation, UTM structure, conversion event verification
• Clear, structured written communication - your Slack messages to your AM are specific and actionable, not vague
• Bangalore-based or willing to relocate - this is a full-time, in-office role

Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or programmatic/DSP platforms
• Exposure to recruitment marketing, employer branding, or job advertising campaigns
• Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications
• Experience managing campaigns for US, UK, or other international markets
• Familiarity with Joveo's platform or similar programmatic job advertising tools
