Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a Senior Platform Manager for the Wealth Platform Management team in Mumbai to drive end-to-end platform initiatives, collaborate with Business, Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology, and deliver digital onboarding, portfolio reporting, advisory, and servicing capabilities.

• Drive wealth journey transformation, digital onboarding, portfolio reporting, advisory and servicing capabilities.
• Define UAT strategy, test scenarios and coordinate production release activities.

Role Purpose

The Wealth Platform Management team is responsible for driving digital transformation, platform enhancements, regulatory compliance, process automation, and customer experience improvements across DBS Wealth Management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end Wealth platform initiatives from requirement gathering through production implementation.
• Translate business requirements into BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and release plans.
• Drive Wealth platform enhancements across:
  • Investment Products
  • Mutual Funds
  • Equity & Bonds
  • PMS & AIF
  • Portfolio Reporting
  • RM Platforms
  • Digital Wealth Journeys
• Coordinate with Technology teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Business, Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams.
• Conduct requirement workshops and impact assessments.
• Support prioritization of platform enhancements and Book of Work planning.
• Drive stakeholder communication and status reporting.

Wealth Journey Transformation

• Identify opportunities to digitize and simplify customer and RM journeys.
• Support implementation of digital onboarding, portfolio reporting, advisory, and servicing capabilities.
• Enhance customer and RM experience through process optimization and automation.

UAT & Release Governance

• Define UAT strategy, test scenarios, and test execution plans.
• Coordinate business testing and defect resolution.
• Ensure successful UAT sign-offs and production readiness.
• Support production release activities and post-implementation validation
