Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Associate for Real Estate Asset Advisory (Valuations & Advisory) in India. You will execute assignments, coordinate with consultants, and travel across the West Zone to ensure quality and process adherence.

Role requires civil engineering background with 3–5 years in project management and bill certification. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, plus strong communication, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute assignments and coordinate with consultants as needed.
• Travel across states in West Zone to sources information and monitor progress.
• Prepare BOQ level estimation of quantities and rates for labor and materials.
• Carry out bill certification for works executed at site.
• Review safety and quality practices and report any non-conformances.
• Review measurement sheets and reports from junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Update trackers, prepare COP and cost consultancy reports.
• Take up assignments on short notice and manage multiple tasks.

Associate – Real Estate Asset Advisory (Valuations & Advisory)

This role requires candidate to be involved in execution of assignments, coordination with other consultants (if any), ability to travel across states in West Zone, ensuring the deliverable quality and process management

About the Role

• Thorough Knowledge of Interior Fitout projects/Finishing works
• Detailed understanding of BOQ involved in Interiors/Retail projects
• Creating detailed project cost estimates e.g. construction activities Civil, MEP, finishing, supporting infrastructure, external development, and other costs allied to construction activities.
• Carry out physical site visits to source primary information, monitor project progress and summarize the findings and examinations
• Prepare BOQ level estimation of quantity and rate analysis of labor and material
• Carry out bill certification for works executed at site
• Review safety and quality management practices at site and report non compliances
• Review measurement sheets, reports of Junior Engineer and cross functional teams through system
• Update trackers, prepare COP, cost consultancy reports with Quality/Cost/Deviations.
• Ability to take-up any assignment at short-notice and do multi-tasking activities.

About You

• Diploma/Degree in Civil engineering Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in project management profile / Bill certification
• Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong project management skills
• Technical awareness of civil, and architectural works in Interior projects
• Soft skills – MS office, Auto-cad.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
