Responsibilities

• Support project and program governance across multiple technology and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Track progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and scope changes.
• Establish standardized PMO processes, templates, documentation, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, product, business, engineering, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive presentations for leadership.
• Monitor budgets, resource utilization, delivery costs, and overall project financial performance.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, reviews, governance meetings, and stakeholder checkpoints.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action trackers, and reporting using JIRA and Confluence.
• Identify delivery risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
