Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager with 10-12 years of domain expertise to lead end-to-end security initiatives.

You will coordinate security delivery, manage teams of 20-25, drive metrics, reporting, and best practices across SOC, IAM, App Sec, vulnerability management and cloud security, while aligning quarterly goals and annual roadmaps with leadership.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in cyber security project management
• Experience in leading end-to-end security project delivery
• Strong knowledge of SOC, IAM, App Sec, vulnerability management and cloud security

• Handled multiple customer end-to-end on security project delivery

• Measured and reported performance and compliance metrics
• Implemented best practices to support Service Management and enhance Operations Service Delivery
• Led partner teams in service transformation, service management, metrics, and reporting
• Worked with leadership to prioritize work and define quarterly goals and annual roadmaps
• Implemented effective security strategy, processes, and metrics to ensure resources are properly allocated

• A candidate 10-12 years experience on cyber security project management.
• Handled multiple customer end to end on the security project delivery.
• Well aware of SOC, IAM, App Sec, Vulnerability management and cloud security.
• Have handled team of min 20-25 while delivering security projecect
• Performance and Compliance Measurement: Responsible for measuring and quantifying performance and compliance
• Performance Metrics Reporting: Developed performance measures and consistently reported metrics
• Implemented best practices to support Service Management and enhance overall Operations Service Delivery.
• Lead partner teams in the areas of service transformation, Service Management, metrics, and reporting
• Work with leadership to prioritize work and define quarterly goals and annual roadmaps
• Implement effective security strategy, processes, and metrics. Ensures the right resource tagged in the right project
