  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Coordinate activities across medical, digital, creative, compliance, and Veeva teams to maintain pace and ensure timely progress through review and approval workflows.
  • Risk and Dependency Management: Track progress, handle dependencies, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues, advancing with clear options and impact assessments.
  • Governance and Compliance: Implement delivery governance, maintain documentation, and ensure all activities meet quality, confidentiality, security, and compliance standards.
  • Resource and Capacity Planning: Partner with functional leads to align resources with demand, balance workloads, and remove bottlenecks to keep projects moving.
  • Visibility and Reporting: Maintain plans, trackers, and status reports that make progress, achievements, and outcomes clear to collaborators and leadership.
  • Meeting Facilitation and Alignment: Run kick-offs, status reviews, and collaborator forums to drive alignment, resolve issues, and sustain momentum.
  • Feedback Integration and Approvals: Consolidate collaborator feedback, track actions, and ensure closure within agreed timelines to keep results on track.
  • Global Scaling and Consistency: Support repeatable, scalable ways of working across global and regional markets, sharing lessons learned and improving processes for sustained impact.

  • End-to-end project development, organization, implementation, and delivery management and managing project timelines, achievements, risks, dependencies, and partner communications.
  • Coordinating Medical Information, Medical Content, Digital, Veeva, Creative, and cross-functional delivery activities.
  • Supporting review, approval, and delivery workflows within compliance-driven environments and maintaining project documentation, reporting, and delivery governance processes.

  • Ability to summarize and adapt medical/scientific content for appropriate target audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with medical, regulatory, creative, and delivery stakeholders.
