Rockwell Automation is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support cross-functional project delivery with governance and CI initiatives. The role reports to the CI and Quality Leader and operates on a hybrid schedule based in Noida/Pune, India.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end project execution, governance tracking, risk monitoring, and driving continuous improvement across global teams while engaging stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/operations.
• Experience in project management or process improvement roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
• 8–10 years total experience with 5+ years in CI, automation, or process improvement.
• Proven CI experience across global teams with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project execution ensuring scope, timing, and quality.
• Drive project governance with standardized tracking, reporting, and reviews.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and mitigation plans across projects.
• Lead Continuous Improvement goals and implement process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery success.
• Support development, governance, and enhancement of the CI & Automation framework.

Job Description

As an Associate Project Manager, you will support the delivery of cross-functional projects while driving Project governance and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure structured execution and process efficiency. You will report to the CI and Quality Leader and work in a hybrid schedule based in Noida/Pune, India.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and quality standards
• Support Project governance by driving standardized project tracking, reporting, and review mechanisms
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution
• Manage and monitor Continuous Improvement (CI) goals, identifying process gaps and implementing improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure successful Project delivery
• Support development, maintenance, governance, and enhancement of the GEBS CI & Automation framework.

The Essentials - You Will Have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or related field OR equivalent professional experience
• Experience in project management, or process improvement roles
• Exposure to managing multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders
• Overall Experience of 8-10 Years with 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Automation, Business Transformation, or Process Excellence roles.
• Experience driving CI initiatives across cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading governance calls, leadership reviews, and executive presentations.
• Fluent English language skills (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
• Exposure to global work styles and customer engagement across regions

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

• Experience in Project governance, reporting frameworks, or project tracking tools
• Experience in process documentation, workflows, or operational frameworks
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or formal training in project management methodologies
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
