Job summary

Tarq Foundation in Delhi invites an Associate - Programmes to drive on-ground implementation of future technology programmes. The role focuses on coordination, monitoring, and supervision to ensure quality and impactful delivery of social development initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and 1–3 years of field experience in CSR/NGO/government projects, plus basic knowledge of AI. Willingness to travel across project locations and strong reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of on-ground programme implementation experience within CSR, NGOs, or government projects.
• Basic knowledge of AI and emerging technologies is a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-ground project implementation across geographies.
• Travel to project sites for assessments, meetings, and audits.
• Supervise day-to-day project activities and ensure timelines.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance at sites.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports with field data.
• Maintain project documentation and quality checks.
• Support data collection, audits, and impact assessments.
• Liaise with vendors, authorities, and partners.

Remuneration: INR 3.6 LPA – 4.2 LPA (based on relevant experience)

Role Overview:

Associate - Programmes will be responsible for on-ground implementation, coordination, monitoring, and supervision of future technology programmes to ensure quality focused, impactful delivery of social development initiatives .

Key Responsibilities include:

Project Implementation & Monitoring

• Travel for execution of projects, on-ground assessments, partner meetings, audits, stakeholder engagements etc.
• Supervise day-to-day implementation of projects across all assigned geographies.
• Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to work plans, timelines, and project specifications.
• Ensure safety compliance and environmental standards at all sites.
• Maintain detailed site records including work progress photos, attendance, material movements, and checklists.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, vendors, and local authorities.
• Participate in meetings with government officers and community representatives.
• Maintain strong, transparent communication and ensure timely reporting, updates, and reviews.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with data, photos and field observations.
• Maintain documentation related to quality checks and compliance.
• Support baseline and endline data collection, audits, and impact assessments.

Quality Assurance

• Verify work as per project requirements.
• Identify and upscale any deviations, risks, or delays to the Project Manager.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A graduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Education, Rural Development, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in on-ground programme implementation within CSR, NGOs, or government projects.

Basic knowledge of AI and emerging technologies is a must.
