Job summary

Birlasoft invites applicants for Transformation Head in India to lead, design, or govern the Amrize AI and automation roadmap using Sigma GenEx as the primary orchestration framework, complemented by AWS and Google AI services.

You will define AI/automation use cases across ITSM domains, integrate GenEx with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Google Workspace and SAP GRC, and ensure security, governance and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and governing AI/automation roadmaps.
• Proven integration of GenAI/AI services in enterprise environments.
• Security, responsible-AI, and production-readiness controls.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Dynatrace and SAP GRC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern AI/automation use cases across Service Desk, desktop support, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Collaboration and SAP.
• Integrate Sigma GenEx with approved Amrize systems including ServiceNow, Dynatrace, PagerDuty, Nexthink, Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Patronum, Google Workspace and SAP GRC.
• Use Amazon Bedrock/Amazon Q and Google Vertex AI/Gemini capabilities to deliver grounded AI, agents, knowledge augmentation and workflow automation.
• Ensure security, responsible-AI, access, architecture, UAT, CAB and production-readiness controls.
• Track ticket automation, deflection, FCR, MTTR, DEX and benefit realization.
• Participate in due diligence, KT, shadow and reverse-shadow activities.
• Validate inventories, access, SOPs, runbooks, escalation paths and open risks.
• Demonstrate operational readiness and support transition/hypercare closure.

Role Purpose

Lead, design or govern the Amrize AI and automation roadmap using Birlasoft Sigma GenEx as the primary AI orchestration framework, supplemented by AWS and Google AI services.

Required Skills and Experience

• Birlasoft Sigma GenEx, Agentic AI, GenAI orchestration, RAG, enterprise knowledge and AI governance.
• Amazon Bedrock, Agents, Knowledge Bases, guardrails, foundation-model selection, Amazon Q and AWS integration patterns.
• Google Vertex AI, Gemini, grounding/RAG, agent development and Google Workspace API integration.
• Nexthink DEX: experience scoring, endpoint telemetry, investigations, proactive issue detection, campaigns, remote actions and remediation workflows.
• Dynatrace, PagerDuty AIOps, ServiceNow, CloudWatch/CloudTrail and event-driven automation.
• Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD and cloud operations awareness.

Preferred Qualifications / Certifications

• AWS Certified Generative AI Developer - Professional or AWS Certified AI Practitioner preferred.
• Google Cloud Generative AI Leader or Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer preferred.
• Nexthink platform training/certification desirable; Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Terraform, Kubernetes and ITIL certifications are advantageous.

Key Deliverables / Success Measures

• Approved KT and operational-readiness evidence.
• Accurate, timely service delivery within the agreed support window.
• Complete documentation, proactive escalation and measurable service improvement.
