Job summary

SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in Mumbai invites applications for a senior academic position in Pharmacy. The role focuses on high‑level teaching, impactful research, and mentoring students within the pharmacy discipline.

The candidate must hold a Ph.D in Pharmacy from a reputed university, a First Class B.Pharm with Masters in Pharmacy (PCI recognized), and valid pharmacist registration under the Pharmacy Act.

Qualifications

• Ph.D degree in Pharmacy from a reputed University.
• First Class B.Pharm with Masters degree in Pharmacy in appropriate branch of specialization in Pharmacy (Qualification must be PCI recognized).
• Valid registration as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948, as amended from time to time, including any succeeding enactments.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 07 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed journals
• Minimum Research Score of 75
• Successfully guided at least 1 PhD student
• Minimum 08 years of Post PhD experience in PCI approved/ recognized Pharmacy college research, industry and /or profession in which at least 3 years must be of full-time at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent in PCI approved/recognized Pharmacy college.
