The role emphasizes turning customer needs into actionable requirements, supporting discovery and roadmap planning, and contributing to AI-powered features.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
• Experience working with SaaS products.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira or ClickUp.
• Basic understanding of AI/GenAI, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Ability to write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, dashboards, or SQL.
