Job summary

Datavruti in Mumbai is seeking an Associate Product Manager to drive the Group Insurance Management System project for Kiwi. You will own product requirements across the group insurance lifecycle and translate business rules into engineering-ready specifications.

You will create user stories with acceptance criteria, map APIs and coordinate with Business, Underwriting, Sales and Engineering teams to ensure smooth policy configuration, enrolment and renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, business analysis or similar role.
• Strong understanding of requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable with APIs and request/response flows.

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to work on Kiwi's Group Insurance Management System.

The platform manages the complete group insurance journey - from product setup and quotation to proposal, policy issuance, employee enrolment, servicing and renewal.

What you'll do

• Own product requirements across the group insurance lifecycle.
• Convert insurance business rules into clear requirements for Engineering.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work on policy configuration, enrolment, servicing and renewals.
• Understand and map APIs across the quotation -> proposal -> policy journey.
• Identify gaps between business requirements and available systems/APIs.
• Work closely with Business, Underwriting, Sales and Engineering teams.

What we're looking for

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Analysis or a similar role.
• Experience in Insurance / Insurtech / Fintech or another workflow-heavy domain.
• Strong understanding of requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable understanding APIs and request/response flows.
• Strong documentation and structured-thinking skills.
• Experience with Group Insurance, Health Insurance, Underwriting or Policy Administration is a plus.
