  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering valuable product outcomes.
  • Experience supporting product delivery, testing, release readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar product management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong Agile and Scrum methodology knowledge (SAFe)
  • Experience creating and refining User Stories
  • Backlog management and prioritization skills
  • Knowledge of product roadmaps and release planning
  • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, QA, and business teams
  • Experience with JIRA/Azure DevOps
  • Experience in executing Agile ceremonies- Standup, PI planning, Spring Planning, Sprint Demo etc.
  • Requirements gathering and business analysis expertise
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery metrics
  • Facilitation of backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions
