Job summary

Appsierra Group in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate Product Manager to own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Ads Plus platform, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.

You will work on media planning, monetization, data integrations, and GTM activities, gather feedback, define user stories, and measure success with data-driven insights to drive ad revenue and platform performance.

We’re looking for Associate Product Managers!

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Ads Plus platform.

• Work on products related to media planning, advertising inventory, monetization, and data integrations.

• Act as the Product Owner for an Agile/Scrum team, working closely with engineering and design teams.

• Identify opportunities to improve ad revenue, platform performance, and customer experience.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in AdTech, OTT, FAST, and streaming.

• Define product requirements, user stories, priorities, and success metrics.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to deliver products successfully.

• Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, demos, and customer engagements.

• Gather customer and stakeholder feedback and translate insights into product improvements.

• Track product performance and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize the platform.
