THE ROLE

Data Manager is responsible for data analytics and data infrastructure. Incumbent maintains metadata and data and ensure its consistency across the various systems (ERP, BI, Salesforce, etc.), is in charge of data integrations between the various systems, but mainly with the data warehouse. Also structures DWH to serve BI reporting and analytics purposes.

  • Collaborate with the business user group to understand the data structure.
  • Evaluate and enhance various processes that can be integrated into the systems and improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness on the development projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in coordination with all the departments, staying abreast of industry best practices and implementing relevant changes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including BI, S&P, Ebiz, Hyperion and other relevant departments, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Build and maintain documentation related to data processing, access, and consumption.

SKILLS
  • University master’s degree holder in finance / Systems, having minimum 6+ years of work experience. Out of this, minimum of 3 years expertise in data analytics and data management.
  • Finance process/knowledge background must with good working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Oracle/SAP).
  • Strong understanding of Datawarehouse, data integration and System interface.
  • Strong understanding of metadata structure.
  • Strong capability in business processes comprehension with attention to every single detail with English fluency and presentation skills.
  • Proficient working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
