Requirements
- Total experience: 9+ years
- Strong working experience in machine learning with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in NLP, machine vision, and AI
- Experience in AI/ML architecture design and implementation in data/big data using cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in Python or R and experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques and experience applying them to real‑world problems
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX, and machine learning libraries such as scikit‑learn
- Experience with SQL
- Understanding of MLOps and deployment experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, or model deployment pipelines
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI agents as part of multi‑agent systems for autonomous or semi‑autonomous decision‑making and agent orchestration
- Strong understanding of LLMs and foundation models with expertise in designing and building prompts, and practical experience with Generative AI frameworks such as GANs, VAEs, prompt engineering, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG)
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a creative and analytical mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI practices
Responsibilities
- Understand the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and convert them into elegant technical designs
- Map decisions with requirements and translate them to developers
- Identify different solutions and narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements
- Define guidelines and benchmarks for non‑functional requirements during project implementation
- Write and review design documents explaining overall architecture, framework, and high‑level design of the application for the developers
- Review architecture and design on aspects such as extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and non‑functional requirements, and ensure best practices are followed
- Develop and design the overall solution for defined functional and non‑functional requirements, and define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
- Understand and relate technology integration scenarios and apply these learnings in projects
- Resolve issues raised during code review, through systematic analysis of the root cause and justify the decisions taken
- Carry out POCs to ensure that suggested designs and technologies meet the requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
