Job summary

LTM in Bengaluru, India seeks a Senior PIM Functional Technical Consultant (Syndigo) to own end-to-end PIM implementation, gather requirements, design data governance, and ensure seamless integration with ERP, DAM, and eCommerce.

You will bridge business and tech teams, configure PIM workflows, perform data migrations, and mentor enrichment teams to achieve omnichannel readiness.

Role Summary

Serve as the end to end PIM subject matter expert Own requirement gathering solution design and technical implementation for Product Information Management systems Act as the bridge between business and technology teams to ensure accurate product data governance and seamless integration with eCommerce ERP and DAM platforms

Primary Responsibilities Deliverables

Functional Consulting

• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements for product data taxonomy attributes and enrichment workflows
• Define governance models approval processes and compliance standards for product information
• Prepare functional specifications and validate against business KPIs data quality enrichment velocity omnichannel readiness

Technical Consulting

• Design and implement PIM configurations workflows and data models
• Develop and validate API based integrations with ERP DAM eCommerce and planning systems REST SOAP event driven
• Guide environment setup Dev QA Prod and CICD pipelines for PIM configurations
• Perform performance tuning data migration planning and troubleshooting

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the single point of contact for PIM related queries across business and technical tracks
• Provide training and enablement for enrichment teams and authors

Required Skills Functional

• Deep understanding of product data lifecycle taxonomy design attribute schema and governance
• Strong domain knowledge in Retail eCommerce catalog management SEO omnichannel product readiness
• Experience in business process mapping and translating requirements into functional specs

Required Skills Technical

• Hands on expertise in PIM platform Syndigo
