Job summary

LTM is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with extensive IT background to define and size complex architectures across Cloud, API, and data domains. You will lead design discussions, create diagrams (C4/UML), and guide patterns while hands-on delivering POCs across MERN/MEAN or Java/.NET/Python stacks.

You will collaborate across hyperscalers (Azure/AWS), drive DevOps (CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes) and emphasize NFR strategy, performance tuning, and emerging AI/ML trends in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 15 years IT experience with at least 5 years in Solution Architecture.
• Define solution architecture, design software, and size estimates from problem statements.
• Work across Cloud, API, Microservices, Client-Server, Web frontend, and data in motion/rest.
• Hands-on in Generative AI, ML, DL, Python, NLP, Langchain, and Agentic AI.
• Create Architecture Diagrams, C4 models, and UML diagrams.
• Experience with Azure or AWS hyperscalars.
• Hands-on with MERN/MEAN stack or Java/.NET/Python.
• Knowledge of architecture/design patterns; define NFR strategy and mitigation.
• DevOps experience: CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes deployment.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, hotspots, remediation.
• Nice to have MLOps on Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, MLflow.
• Experience with Agile and Jira; awareness of current tech trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advocate architecture proposals and POCs.
• Define NFRs and ensure implementation in architecture, design, and code.
• Lead across multiple technical domains and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate POT quickly with clear value articulation.
• Identify performance hotspots and remediation strategies.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends.

Job description

15 years IT experience with at least 5 experience in Solution Architecture

Should be able to understand problem statement define solution architecture design software and size estimate work

Must be able to work in multiple technical domains like Cloud API Microservices ClientServer Web frontend SPA Dataatrest both SQL NoSQL Datainmotion Reporting Experience in Legacy systems is nice to have

Must have working knowledge in Generative AI Machine Learning Deep learning Python NLP Langchain Agentic AI and solutions around them

Must be able to create Architecture Diagrams C4 models UML diagrams

Mandatory to have working experience in at least one hyperscalar Azure or AWS

Mandatory to have handson experience in at least one stack MERN MEAN stack or Java Net Python

Mandatory to have knowledge in architecture patterns and design patterns

Should be handson in developing the POCs and demonstrating the POT quickly

Should be able to define the NFR strategy and implement them in Architecture Design and Code

Good experience in DevOps building CICD Terraform Kuberenetes based deployment

Must be able to troubleshoot performance issues identify hotspots and provide remediation

Nice to have MLOps experience in at least any of one platform Azure ML AWS Sagemaker MlFLow etc

Experience with agile development methodologies and Jira

Good knowledge of currentemerging technologies and trends

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Should be able to convey thoughts and information clearly
