Responsibilities

• The Associate Partner will play a key role in providing legal advice, managing client relationships, and contributing to high-level legal strategy. • Expertise in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property Law, Employment Law, and Real Estate Law.
• Proficiency in drafting legal contracts, agreements, and documents with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex legal matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to liaise effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Proven team leadership and collaboration skills for managing and mentoring legal professionals.
