Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiar with GMP and process monitoring systems.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure; problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to project tasks and milestones; ensure work meets deadlines.
• Collaborate with pilot-plant and production teams for tech transfer.
• Prepare and review scale-up protocols, transfer protocols, batch records, and BOMs.
• Establish small-scale production processes and troubleshoot lab-scale issues.
• Conduct tests and measurements across production stages; document results.

• Establish small-scale production processes, use scaled-down lab processes for troubleshooting and share knowledge through existing systems while following effective safety protocols.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with any years of experience, or an associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience and handle a Project.
• Applicant should have knowledge on Microscopy, Chromatography, Spectroscopy Analysis.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Good Manufacturing Practices and Process Monitoring systems.
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work with minimal direction
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry with Analytical background
• Experience with technology transfer and scale-up processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to navigate complex challenges and opportunities
• Experience in a structured, process-driven environment
• Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
