Qualifications

• Experience in clinical data sciences at a CRO, pharmaceutical company or other medical environment with demonstrated leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Identify patient anomalies to ensure medical congruency/plausibility of data per protocol.
• Provide project management expertise with clinical study teams to manage process improvements and issue escalation.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and track service performance.
• Lead root-cause analysis and remedial actions for issues; ensure compliance follow-up.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor project teams.
• Improve efficiency and quality of deliverables; provide training as needed.
• Attend Kick-Off, weekly team and client meetings as required.
