Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is seeking a Social Associate Manager to manage and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms. The role involves planning, execution, reporting, and strategic input to improve performance for clients.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of experience in biddable media, familiarity with catalog campaigns, and strong knowledge of major social platforms. Open for Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing/Digital Technologies or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in Biddable media.
• Experience with Catalog campaigns (ASC, DPA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Fulfil daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks to ensure campaigns meet targets.
• Build, setup and optimize campaigns across social platforms.
• Assist in planning and implementing search structures & marketing strategy.
• Maintain detailed client reports with insights and recommendations.
• Monitor competition and adapt strategies to stay ahead.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external audiences.

Your responsibilities as a Social Associate Manager –

• Fulfil relevant daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks ensuring that all campaigns are executed to plan and meet the targets
• Build, setup and optimize campaigns across social platforms
• Assist in building, planning and implementing search structures & marketing strategy
• Detail-oriented with effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills for a variety of audiences (internal or external)
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
• Prepare client reports and provide insights and recommendations
• Logical and analytical approach while interpreting the numbers
• Sense of ownership; very responsible for client budget management & performance monitoring
• Keep up to date with industry news and developments; stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and regularly documenting search engine industry trends across web/mobile platforms, and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis
• Work closely with the team members/ supervisor to meet goals.
