Associate Manager - SAP-SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba Consulting, with a focus on Buying & Invoicing solutions.
- Proven track record in leading and managing successful SAP Ariba implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities and a results‑driven approach.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Work hand‑in‑hand with SAP ECC/S4HANA teams to integrate Ariba solutions seamlessly into existing ERP systems.
- Guide and mentor technical integration teams to ensure accurate and efficient P2P process implementation.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to continuously improve Ariba Buying & Invoicing processes.
- Stay updated with the latest Ariba product releases and industry trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Document and maintain project plans, ensuring clear communication and transparency with all stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
