Qualifications

• Postgraduate (M Pharm/ MBA with graduation in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Science) with 5-7 years of experience OR PhD in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Pharmacology with 3-5 years of experience.
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.

• Provide thought leadership and strategic input throughout the project lifecycle

Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving project delivery, including issue identification, hypothesis formulation, workstream planning, analysis, synthesis of insights, and development of actionable recommendations. The role requires strong scientific and analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

As an Assistant Manager, the individual will act as a central hub for engagement initiatives, providing thought leadership, guiding project teams, and ensuring alignment across workstreams. The candidate will also play a substantive role in client relationships, helping address client queries, manage expectations, and support successful project outcomes.
