Job summary

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals invites an Associate Manager Finance, Supply Chain to partner with Logistics teams in budgeting, forecasting and month-end close. You will coordinate with regional teams across India to ensure compliance and drive cost improvements.

Proficiency in Excel and data analysis will be valued as you support warehouse verifications and cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• MBA with 2-3 years of experience or B.Com/M.Com with 3-5 years in supply chain finance
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint; strong analytical ability preferred

Responsibilities

• Support in preparation of Budget for logistics costs
• Finance Business Partnering for Logistics function
• Month end closing activities, preparation of MIS
• Support in verification of Physical verification reports of warehouses
• Coordination with regional and cross functional teams across India
• Ensure compliance and no major audit observations
• Drive reduction in defective stocks and insurance claims
• Any other adhoc requirements
