Job summary

WTW Global Delivery And Solutions is seeking an Associate Manager Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to join our Risk & Broking team. You will lead ERM activities, work with global stakeholders, and strengthen risk governance across functions.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in ERM, risk reporting, and governance, with strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive ownership mindset. The role offers a hybrid work model and exposure to AI-enabled reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 35 years of overall experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or GCCs.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Risk Management or ERM.
• Strong knowledge of ERM, Operational Risk, Compliance, Corporate Governance, and Internal Controls.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct ERM activities and risk assessments across functions.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and report enterprise and operational risks.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of risk management frameworks and governance processes.
• Drive compliance initiatives and monitor adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate risk review meetings, governance forums, and management reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify key risks and develop mitigations.
• Work with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure robust governance.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, and reports using Excel and visualization tools.
• Leverage GRC platforms and AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting.

Associate Manager Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to join our Risk & Broking team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Compliance, Internal Controls, and Corporate Governance. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional and global stakeholders to support risk governance, conduct risk assessments, and strengthen the organization's risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently conduct Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities and risk assessments across business functions.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and report enterprise and operational risks.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of risk management frameworks and governance processes.
• Drive compliance initiatives and monitor adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate and facilitate risk review meetings, governance forums, and management reporting.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify key risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Work with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure robust risk governance.
• Prepare insightful MIS, dashboards, and reports using Excel and visualization tools.
• Leverage GRC platforms and AI-enabled tools (such as Microsoft Copilot) to improve efficiency and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

• 35 years of overall experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Risk Management or Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA preferred.
• Institute of Risk Management (IRM) Level 1 or equivalent Risk Management certification will be an added advantage.
