Associate Manager Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to join our Risk & Broking team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Compliance, Internal Controls, and Corporate Governance. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional and global stakeholders to support risk governance, conduct risk assessments, and strengthen the organization's risk management framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently conduct Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities and risk assessments across business functions.
- Identify, assess, monitor, and report enterprise and operational risks.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of risk management frameworks and governance processes.
- Drive compliance initiatives and monitor adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate and facilitate risk review meetings, governance forums, and management reporting.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify key risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Work with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure robust risk governance.
- Prepare insightful MIS, dashboards, and reports using Excel and visualization tools.
- Leverage GRC platforms and AI-enabled tools (such as Microsoft Copilot) to improve efficiency and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
- 35 years of overall experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Risk Management or Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).

Preferred Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tools
- Power BI or other data visualization tools (preferred)
- Awareness or hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- MBA preferred.
- Institute of Risk Management (IRM) Level 1 or equivalent Risk Management certification will be an added advantage.
