Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the India‑based support team of developers, DBAs, and architects to ensure seamless collaboration with US operations.
• Coordinate tasks and deliverables to be completed during the India shift, enabling extended support coverage and ensuring work is ready before the start of the next US business day.
• Develop the team’s technical and business acumen.
• Identify, analyze, and create efficiencies within existing solutions.
• Participate in planning and meeting the organization’s future technology needs.
• Leverage best practices, industry standards to plan and implement Holman solutions.
• Responsible for the initial training of new hires as well as the ongoing development of assigned team members.
• Support the growth and development of assigned employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
• Set clear team goals, monitor team performance, and report on metrics.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education / Training

• Hands‑on application development and database administration experience.
• Understanding Azure resources and architecture, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory.
• Advanced knowledge of data movement and transformation.
• Practical experience in data modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree, Computer Science, Math, or IT preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in application development or database administration.
• Business Process development.
• Must have design experience and a proven track record of designing and leading.
• Strong analytical skills, able to effectively solve problems promptly.
