As a Senior Software Engineer I, you will lead the development of complex software systems, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions while leveraging your experience to enhance functionality. This role requires experience with distributed systems design, data modeling, database optimization and the ability to evaluate AI tools for specific use cases. You'll manage technical debt effectively while designing scalable microservices.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of complex, large-scale solutions using .NET, Azure, React JS and Microservices architecture. You will own end-to-end delivery for key products or programs, driving technical strategy, architecture, and execution. In this role, you will solve ambiguous, high-impact problems, define design approaches, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business goals. You will lead multiple cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and establish best practices in coding, design patterns, and system design. Additionally, you will drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies, including AI/ML and Generative AI, while ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in project planning, estimation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, while maintaining ownership of product vision, delivery timelines, and technical outcomes.

About You

You are a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience in building scalable, enterprise-grade applications using Full Stack Engineer - Backend - C# (C Sharp), DotNet (.Net), Backend MicroServices, Azure or Amazon Services (Service Bus, KeyVault) , Kubernetes, Docker Front End - JavaScript, Angular or React JS, HTML, SCSS .Net, microservices, azure, Design pattern, SOLID and React. You excel at problem-solving in ambiguous environments, breaking down large initiatives into actionable plans, and leading teams toward successful execution. You have mentoring experience and a collaborative leadership style, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving technical excellence. You possess strong business acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and identify opportunities for innovation. Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI is highly desirable. You are proactive, strategic, and passionate about continuous learning, engineering excellence, and delivering impactful results at scale.
