YASH Technologies is seeking an Associate Lead Consultant – SAP MDG to lead architecture, governance, and delivery of MDG programs in Bengaluru. The role demands ~10 years of SAP MDG experience, with customer-facing leadership and hands-on MDG expertise across multiple domains.

The candidate will drive end-to-end MDG strategy, architect enterprise-scale master data solutions, and mentor a team of MDG consultants while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Around 10 years of SAP experience with significant experience in SAP Master Data Governance.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Associate Lead Consultant in large-scale SAP MDG transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in: SAP MDG Central Governance, SAP MDG Consolidation, SAP MDG Mass Processing, SAP Data Quality Management, Master Data Lifecycle Management, and Data Governance Frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end‑to‑end SAP MDG solution architecture aligned with customer business objectives and enterprise data strategies.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Define governance models, approval workflows, and business rules for MDG implementations.
• Architect and oversee integrations using SOA, APIs, IDocs, and OData services.
• Lead and mentor a team of ~15 SAP MDG consultants and ensure successful project delivery.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused SAP MDG Solution Architect around 10 years of SAP experience , including extensive expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) across both functional and technical domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving MDG strategy, architecting enterprise-scale master data solutions, engaging directly with customers, leading delivery teams, and ensuring successful implementation of SAP MDG programs. This role requires a strong blend of solution architecture, consulting, stakeholder management, team leadership, and hands‑on SAP MDG expertise covering Central Governance, Consolidation, Mass Processing, Data Quality Management, and Integration frameworks .

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design Define and own end‑to‑end SAP MDG solution architecture aligned with customer business objectives and enterprise data strategies. Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design discussions with business and IT stakeholders. Design scalable and high‑performance SAP MDG solutions across multiple domains including: Business Partner Customer Vendor/Supplier Material Finance Develop architecture blueprints, implementation roadmaps, and governance frameworks. Recommend best practices for master data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management.
• Customer Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to customers and executive stakeholders. Lead customer discussions related to business requirements, solution design, delivery strategy, and roadmap planning. Present architecture solutions, estimations, risks, and technical recommendations. Support pre‑sales activities, RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and proposal development. Manage customer expectations and ensure successful project delivery.
• SAP MDG Functional Leadership Drive implementation and optimization of: SAP MDG Central Governance SAP MDG Consolidation SAP MDG Mass Processing SAP Data Quality Management Data Replication Framework (DRF) Workflow and Change Request Processes Define governance models, approval workflows, and business rules. Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish data stewardship and governance processes.
• SAP MDG Technical Leadership Architect and oversee technical implementations involving: Data Models Business Rules Framework Plus (BRF+) Workflow Configuration UI Modeling Data Replication Framework (DRF) Enhancements and Custom Developments Review technical designs and ensure adherence to architecture standards. Guide teams on SAP MDG best practices and technical innovations.
• Integration Architecture Design and govern integrations between SAP MDG and enterprise applications using: SOA Services APIs IDocs Web Services SAP PI/PO SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite OData Services Ensure seamless master data synchronization across SAP and non‑SAP systems. Define integration patterns, monitoring strategies, and data replication mechanisms.
• Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of approximately 15 SAP MDG consultants , including functional, technical, integration, and data migration resources. Manage project planning, task allocation, quality reviews, and team development. Provide architectural governance and technical oversight throughout project lifecycles. Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and design validations.
• Delivery & Governance Ensure successful delivery of SAP MDG implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs. Identify project risks and provide mitigation strategies. Establish and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes. Support Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
