Amgen invites applications for Associate IS Bus Sys Analyst–Veeva Promomats_Medcomms in India, Hyderabad. You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to deliver scalable Vault solutions, automate operations, and monitor system health while reducing downtime.
You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure availability and performance of Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComm. The role requires experience in SDLC, Veeva configurations, GxP validation, and strong programming skills
What you will do

In this vital role you will as Veeva Vault team, you will collaborate with business partners, product owners, developers, and testers to develop release strategies for Amgen’s Veeva Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComm. You will ensure these systems meet business needs and maintain their availability and performance. Your role includes working with product managers, designers, and engineers to create scalable software solutions, automate operations, monitor system health, and respond to incidents to reduce downtime.
This position requires you to work a later shift and may be assigned a second or third shift schedule. Candidates must be willing and able to work during evening or night shifts, as required.
Potential Shifts (subject to change based on business requirements):
Second Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm IST;
Third Shift: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am IST.
