ANZ Bengaluru seeks an experienced professional to oversee non-financial risk in International business, partnering with risk and business teams to manage risks across Markets, Transaction Banking, Corporate Finance and Coverage.
You will help strengthen risk governance, contribute to regulatory readiness, and support the rollout of risk programs regionally, including PACT, to enhance risk capability.

This role supports the management of non-financial risk (NFR) in the International business. You will work with business and risk teams to help identify, assess and manage risks across Markets, Transaction Banking, Corporate Finance and Coverage, ensuring they are understood and managed within risk appetite.
You will support strong risk governance and culture by contributing to decision-making, helping meet regulatory requirements, and promoting good outcomes for customers and the business.
The role also involves assisting with the implementation of regulatory changes, ensuring they are applied in a practical way within processes and controls. In addition, you will support the rollout of the PACT program to strengthen risk capability and processes across the region.
