Role Description

The Associate Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position involves creating visual assets for digital campaigns, social media posts, websites, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines. The Associate Graphic Designer will assist in developing logos, brand identities, and visual concepts, while ensuring cohesive design across platforms. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and content teams, refining designs based on feedback, preparing files for production or digital use, and staying current with design trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for creating compelling visual content across digital and print media.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain strong, consistent brand identities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography to ensure clear, aesthetically pleasing, and readable text in all designs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or equivalent) is preferred.
• A foundation in visual communication, layout, and color theory, supported by a portfolio showcasing relevant design work, is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to iterate based on feedback are important.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is an advantage but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
