Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing automation and digital systems in a regulated industry (pharma/chemicals/life sciences)
• Expertise across MES, EMS, CMMS, OT upgrades and Industry 4.0
• Experience leading capital automation projects and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead MES, EMS, and CMMS implementation across sites from design to deployment.
• Define the digitization roadmap in collaboration with IT/engineering/operations.
• Lead automation and instrumentation scope in greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Upgrade OT infrastructure to secure and scalable Industry 4.0 compliant architecture.
• Act as Digitization SME to guide cross-functional teams on automation technologies.
• Ensure system integration with SAP S/4HANA PM, LIMS, QMS, SCADA, and other enterprise systems.
