Qualifications

• Graduates or post-graduates with strong academic record.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience if highest qualification is undergraduate study; 0–3 years if postgraduate.
• Passion to work in the Financial Services domain and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive workstreams under a Project Leader/Manager, supporting client communications and materials.
• Conduct research and analysis to generate insights and POVs.
• Build client-ready visualizations and dashboards to convey findings effectively.
• Apply survey analytics and industry scans to inform diligence questions and next steps.
• Communicate insights clearly to cross-functional teams and clients.

WHO YOU LL WORK WITH:

This is an opportunity to be a part of Bain s Financial Services (FS), Centre of Expertise (CoE), based out of Gurugram office.

The FS CoE actively supports Partners/Global Case teams across Proposals, Client Development efforts, end Client Cases. Additionally, the team also supports the Global FS Practice in building Bains FS Data Assets / IP / Thought Leadership / POVs / Tools, etc.

The group comprises 100+ team members across Banking, Insurance, and other Financial Services sectors.

WHAT YOU LL DO:

• Associates work under the guidance of a Project leader/Manager, playing a key role in driving their workstream s overall answer and final materials, and helping their lead/manager with client communication, work planning, and
• team management.
• Use thought leadership and sound business judgment to drive their own and their team lets research and analysis.
• Take responsibility for assigned work streams, identify relevant tools and sources, steer analysis to create powerful insights, while ensuring high quality of work.
• Communicate data, knowledge and insights to the entire team. Deliver audience-right high-quality presentations.
• Comfortable with driving open-ended research, creating point-of-views, IP creation, survey analytics, showing quick ramp up on new projects.
• Understand client needs, generate and screen solutions based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable next steps.
• Effectively structure communication of insights from different work streams and proactively resolve discrete issues and/or drive consensus
• Build client-ready visualization dashboards using tools such as Tableau and perform a variety of advanced analysis.
• Consistently seek and provide responsible feedback in all interactions; recognize different skills and developmentneeds in oneself.

ABOUT YOU:

• Candidates should be graduates / post-graduates with strong academic record.
• Work experience range in case highest qualification is undergraduate studies - 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial services sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Wealth and Asset Management, Payments, Fintech, etc.
• Work experience range in case highest qualification is postgraduate studies - 0-3 years of relevant experience in financial services sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Wealth and Asset Management, Payments, Fintech, etc.
• Passion to work in the Financial services domain.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of any visualization tools or languages like Alteryx, Tableau and Python/R is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with open-ended research, creating industry POV, sector and industry scans, summarizing key themes, trends challenges, survey analytics. /
• Should possess strong communication and team skills, with ability to multi-task.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and develop approaches to tackle diligence questions
