• Strong analytical capability to review historical and projected financial information during diligence engagements. Proficient in assessing revenue, EBITDA, working capital, and cash flow trends to support transaction decisions. Ability to analyze quality of earnings, balance sheet items, and key financial drivers with accuracy and attention to detail. Experienced in preparing structured financial analyses, diligence outputs, and client-ready transaction support materials. Solid understanding of consulting fundamentals and financial diligence processes within transaction advisory environments.
