Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions India is hiring an Associate Finance to manage end-to-end accounting, reporting, and taxation. The role reports to the Manager Tax & Financial Reporting and requires proficiency in finance processes and MS Office tools.

The position is based in Bangalore and targets individuals with strong accounting and financial reporting skills, including GST and TDS responsibilities, with growth opportunities within CGS.

Qualifications

• MBA or M.Com from a recognized university.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger accounting and accruals and monthly closure of books.
• Supporting statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and other compliances.
• Analysis of Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Monthly TDS reconciliation and remittance.
• GSTR 1/3B/9 and 9C Filing.
• Tax audits and transfer pricing support.

Job Purpose

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for a Associate Finance who is accountable for End to end accounting and Reporting and Taxation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• General Ledger accounting and accruals and monthly closure of books.
• Supporting (Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, 3CEB, etc.)
• Analysis of Income Statement and Balance Sheet
• Monthly TDS Reconciliation and Remittance
• Quarterly TDS Return filing
• Invoice Approval - Tax hierarchy
• GSTR 1/ 3B/ 9 and 9C Filing
• To take care of GST annual audit working and return filing
• Tax Audit - 3CD working with annexure
• 3CEB reporting
• Support Transfer pricing audit
• SEZ compliances

QUALIFICATION

• Associate must hold an MBA or M.Com from a recognized university.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred.

Experience

• 4+ Years of experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting
• Expertise in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI)
• Proficient in Communication, both verbal and written design.

• Possess strong quantitative skills, analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills
