Bain & Company in New Delhi seeks a sector-focused Project Lead for Global Chemicals & Utilities. You will blend consulting problem-solving with domain insights to support global case teams, develop high-impact client solutions, and build differentiated capabilities for Bain’s Chemicals & Utilities Practice.
You will lead small teams of 2–3 analysts, drive analytics-driven recommendations, and contribute to capability-building through coaching and knowledge development.

This role is designed for a sector-focused Project Lead with expertise in Global Chemicals & Utilities. The individual will combine consulting problem-solving with domain-led insight to support global case teams, develop high-impact client solutions, and help build differentiated products and capabilities for Bain’s Chemicals & Utlities Practice.
This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable driving strategic analyses, managing small teams, and shaping innovative offerings that leverage emerging technology and analytical tools.
