Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager (Solar), Special Projects for our Jalna office, who will play a key role in overseeing solar project installation and commissioning works. The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-driven, and passionate about renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple remote teams executing projects at the site.
• Identify bottlenecks and take proactive action.
• Project management on a cloud-based platform.
• Developing and implementing processes for seamless Installation and commissioning as per requirements.
• Understand client requirements, provide suitable solutions, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Achieve daily and weekly installation targets set by the management.
• Coordinate with the field teams for seamless project execution.
• Documentation work.
• Probation period: 2 Months.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or Diploma in Engineering / Science / Commerce / Management (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in project management and execution (Solar / Renewable sector preferred, freshers with strong drive may also apply).
• Should be willing to work in an ambiguous environment and develop processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Inventory software, MS Office, Email, project management tools).
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Possesses own vehicle, smartphone, and Laptop (optional).
